Round 2 saw the league return to Brad’s home ground, Brenda Morton Reserve in Wembley Downs. However, Brad and his Soft teammate, Banker, lost both their games, going down 5-8 to Motherchucker and 3-7 to Beastly Justice.

Beastly Justice’s other game was closer, but BoB and Serge prevailed, pipping The Young Ones (Barney sans Gonad), 7-6.

The match between Pisco Piranhas and The Singularity (RE in the absence of SNHDT) was another close game, with PP (Cannonball without Stella) taking home the chocolates 7-6.

Cannonball was less successful in his battle with The Young Ones, Barney winning comfortably, 7-2.

The Singularity lost its other game of the day, a 9-5 loss to Super Big Buzz-Balls (SuperMario playing without Big Pineapple or Buzz). Although the game chugged along in a close contest for most of its course, when S&M was up 6-5, he blitzed the last end by three, claiming a 9-5 victory.
