Two rounds into the 2019 season, Bank Tellers have grasped the top of the ladder, thanks in part to two 7-0 forfeits at Mrs Herberts Park.

The March round was noteworthy for two teams failing to field a player. Neither Pineapple Express nor Cannonbra showed up and, as they were scheduled to play each other, the season’s first nil-all draw was recorded.

Most of the games that were played were close, except for games against Superbarney. Go Dig Buzz (Buzz Lightbeer without Digger or Gonad) beat Storm Surge (Stormboy sans Serge) 7-6 and Mother Reg 8-6. Unfortunately for Go Dig Buzz, they did not get to share in the forfeit festival.

Storm Surge comfortably won its other game. eclipsing Superbarney 8-2.

Mother Reg nudged out Bank Tellers (Banker without Stella) 7-6. Mother Reg also enjoyed a 7-2 win over Superbarney. Bank Tellers, despite losing their only played game, took home to two 7-0 forfeits, courtesy of Cannonbra and Pineapple Express.
