Some players wandered aimlessly, bleating like lost sheep. Others quietly pissed their pants, trying to enjoy a moment’s comfort as the warm liquid soaked into the fabric before it froze. It seems that some of the other players in round 6 had their memories erased by the cold, as many were unable to recall the events of the previous round and the fact that our returning president had chosen to join Dog’s Balls.
Yes, round 6 of the 2018 season was played at the notoriously cold College Park, in the ice-fields of Claremont. Not surprisingly, some of the Skidoos and husky teams failed to make it to the locus bocci, so numbers were down a bit.
Although the few players who turned up apparently managed to record the scores, they took few photos. Not sure whether their fingers were too cold or the frozen urine made it too hard to concentrate on the camera.
